Seeding Setup

Prepare the space by clearing debris or dead turf and aerating the topsoil; water the area to boost moisture.
Practice with an empty Hydro Mousse container to become familiar with the spray operation.
Understand coverage: the kit includes seed and mousse additive to cover 100 square feet (10 ft by 10 ft). Refills can extend coverage.
Seeding process: add all seed and mousse additive to the canister. With the dial in the off position, attach the hose and turn on the water. Set the dial to light seed. Fill the canister three-quarters full with water, then turn off the water for at least one minute to ensure proper seed coating. After waiting, turn the water back on to begin hydroseeding.
